Compassion Key sessions

The Compassion Key is a simple yet powerful healing technique that uses self-compassion to get to the root of and overcome, the blocks, patterns and self-limiting beliefs that hold us back in life.  
The Compassion Key is a talking technique aimed at healing patterns, habits and behaviour at a cellular level, clearing karmic imprints and healing deep wounds from childhood and past lives. It leaves us feeling more aligned with our true selves, experiencing feelings of lightness and relief. It often brings about breakthroughs in our financial and career lives, relationships and physical and emotional health.

If you have one or more areas of your life where you feel stuck, you’re facing disappointment or suffering – this could be for you. This work has the ability to touch and transform any and all aspects of your life bringing your deepest desires into reality.

Reiki healing

This one hour in-person session is your sanctuary.

I support you through what you are experiencing: difficult times, feelings of stagnation, grief, whatever may be present for you.

A gentle session of lying down and receiving reiki healing.
